Let’s make an assumption here. Deion will be the next coach of FSU within the next two years. This is going to lead to a huge battle for years to come. We all know Mario is a great recruiter, but he will definitely be tested against Deion (not to mention Saban, etc).

I legitimately think this could set up Miami/FSU like it used to be. I am here for it. I think these two schools can be the epicenter of the college football world, yet again. I’m ready for Wide Right IV

He’s got bad blood with some powerful folks in Tallahassee. Some of it relates to some stuff with Bowden. Also, you can’t commute into Tallahassee to coach.

FSU fans will do mental gymnastics to justify that hire. JSU had a good year last year and if he continues to coach the team to good records over the next 1-2 years AND Norvell continues to lose, I'm 100% positive FSU fans will clamor for Deion and it's going to be glorious.

It has nothing to do with his skin color. He’s basically done nothing to help FSU since he left the school. And there are other things that don’t sit right with important people.

Here's the problem Hunter gets this huge deal but no one else is going to make money at Jackson St. Will Hunter also get special treatment, that would wear really thin quickly with teammates. You got 10 other people on the field with you. It's going to be really hard to keep the others motivated, we'll see how Deion does with it, especially if he's preaching team first.

Nothing would make me happier than Deon being named the next head coach at FSU. It’s akin to Ed Reed being named head coach here. It’s fun if you know absolutely nothing about the inner workings of running an elite college program. It’s a disaster for them if it happens. Please Lord
