Deion back to FSU?

He’s got the best football player in college football-

He’s got a great QB to run his system-

I don’t see him staying in Boulder long term-

I can see him in the NFL but, who knows.

It’s not happening but I wouldn’t be worried. He doesn’t recruit. He rarely does in home visits. He’s a lazy recruiter. He burned bridges at fsu the last few years. I think he’s only into coaching right now because his sons play. Once they’re done and Hunter is gone is he really into the college coaching grind?
Don’t kid yourself, Deion is hot. His kids get NIL and exposure. And just like the U gets the sideline rep, so does Deion at Colorado. FSU could be a monster again with that kinda profile.

They won a single game the year before he got there. In two years, he has them in the hunt for a CFP berth. Gimme a break.

I respect what he's done at Colorado.

That said, he'll be hard pressed to find a better QB or playmaker than the 2 he has now. Unless he starts recruiting a seriously-competitive level his teams aren't likely to be as good in the future. As far as FSU goes, I'm not sure there's a fit or mutual desire for that union, and i'd imagine Colorado would try to match $.

If Prime is smart - which I think he is - he attaches himself in some capacity to the NFL team that drafts Shedeur.

He has at the bare minimum proven that he can turn a basement team into a legit football team that has to be respected.

Cowboys would love to have him but Jerry Jones paying Dak makes drafting Shedeur almost impossible
