Defensive staff

I can’t believe I’m saying this but I agree we need to revamp the D staff. Rumph & Banda need to move on just so we can bring in some excellent recruiting experienced coaches.

If Rumph is on this staff next year I will pay for a banner. He couldn't be worse at his job if he tried.
 
Rumph's idiocy isn't just that he failed to recruit 2 kids he basically helped raise, but that he slow played Samuel, Wilson, Troutman etc.
I'd have signed those guys early and told the AH kids to commit or take a hike. That is good recruiting.

Rumph didnt slow play anybody. Diaz is the dc and he makes the decision on who he wants.

I love coach Kul as a coach, butttt he legit brought in one player this year... Nesta.. Rousseau was by Diaz and Miller was the whole staff
 
Going to the 3-2-4 on Defense. More space to make tackles.

I can't stand Rumph, but in all fairness, he wanted us to offer Samuel earlier and his bosses (Diaz?) wanted to wait.

yup get someone who can handle both duties of CBs and S who can croot his **** off.... but realistically I can handle keeping banda as he seems to at least croot somewhat well.. Rumph needs to go after AH kids faxed their LOIs into Bama and Jawja...

Get us a legit Ace crooter to LB and can help kool identify kids and actually recruit said kids... Im starting to think kool doesn't even know how to send a text message

bam, Texas had 5 stars stacked like chordwood, had way more talent than anybody they played save OU, anybody think BYU offense had anywhere near the talent Manny had, they ran a train on his ***, and prolly never threw once. I like Manny, like his d-style, has a helluva motor, but the good OC"s eat him up
