our Dline coach who thinks 4 and 5 star kids will just shoot him a text and sign

And I have now clue what Diaz is doing with LB crooting

And because our offensive recruiting is so good all our fans will be cheering for these scrubs with their 3 stars because the class if top 10. "o ya rumph is so good he signed 2 3*s this year and look at the class top 10!!!!"

Seems that way. Kul was hired before Manny and since we grabbed two rookies to coach the secondary. Really need to bring in a veteran LB coach who has some recruiting chops. Patke isn't gonna cut it.

Its starting to look like this.... No one besides Kool has any real cajones to throw around in those meeting rooms.

Diaz and his yes-men LTs better fix this situation because our lapses coming down the stretch defensively will not be hidden with a gorging of talent like richts deficiencies as a play caller with studs all over the field

Manny didnt hire Kul..

Richt hired Kul before he hired manny... in essence he was forced into the marriage with kul upon being hired

Everyone else on the defensive staff has been picked by Manny and they've all been loyal LTs/yes-men and Rumph who was brought in to "clean up" AH laugh.

He might know something about defense. And running a team. And finding difference makers - at every position.

They need to cough up the money and get a couple defensive coaches that kids want to play for. I love what Banda has brought in at safety, so not sure if i want him gone. Hall is the best safety in the country imo. I love the job Rumph did with our corners but he cant recruit for ****. Rumph can stick around in some capacity, but he cant be one of our 10 position coaches. As its been mentioned in the other thread, Raymond would be ideal

Rumph is the current staff's equivalent of Ice Harris and Kevin Beard. If top talent viewed his coaching ability the way his most ardent defenders do on this board, then our hit rate with top targets at the position would look a **** of a lot different.

They're making business decisions. If we want different results with Dent/Stevenson/Sanguinetti, then we need to make one of our own.

Not even an all hands on deck from our Ace recruiters on the offensive side could clean up that disaster...

We had glaring holes on Dline/DB with guys leaving to the NFL and injuries and kids still left us 3rd in their choices
