While I do believe the above to be true, I also think that JT needs to show that he is more than just a recruiter. He needs to show that he can teach and develop. With players like Blount, McConathy, Lightfoot, Pickett and Rudolph going into their 2nd years, he has a huge opportunity.

To me the big three are WR, DT, LB. They need to be playoff caliber, which is going to be very hard to land. I am in the no excuses camp at this point though. Got to make it happen. ... I feel like we need another TE before an RB and Safety.

great so we have an unproven position being coached by an unproven coach, who also has to herd 30 other kids into doing their jobs. nothing like splitting your attention to a group that needs a coach and learn how to play 30 hours of the day.

So you couldn’t take one second to look Corey Hetherman up??? He has coached linebackers at multiple spots over the last 15 years including the Rutgers group that beat Miami in the bowl game in 2023. I get it mopes gone mope but my God google is your friend
