Can’t imagine it not being as bad or worse by then. Also gives them opportunity to move the date up if things aren’t as bad.

fake fauci's gig is up. see, they say mask should be mandatory to prevent the spread. ok, lets by that argument from the so-called scientist. if they worked, then life should go on as normal as long as you have a mask. visits should happen with no issues if everyone is wearing a mask, right. but the scientist know mask don't work as confirmed by the recent danish study that has scientist backtracking with their demands to wear a mask because they stop the spread.

Lol April-May is extremely ambitious bud. “Normal” won’t be until the latter part of next year.

They absolutely work. There's a reason they have been used for infectious diseases and for general purposes in the medical community for decades.

The company i currently work for has 2000-3000 employees on site every day. It is a requirement to wear a mask at all times except during lunch breaks. Office area are somewhat spaced but the operational areas are not due to equipment and spacing constraints. Since the start of the pandemic 8 months ago, there have been less than 25 total infections on site.....several of those coming from people who traveled outside of the state against recommendation.

The mask is just not the end all be all......it's one protective piece and it's more to keep the virus inside the mask for people infection than protect those who are wearing it from getting it....although it does bring some protection there as well. Would you play football with just a helmet and no face mask? It offers some protection but not complete protection. The mask is the same. Most are not airtight and our eyes are still exposed so touching an infected surface then touching your nose/eyes can infect you. Plus, you need to dispose or clean masks.....it's gross how many times some people use it, reducing the effectiveness.....and you need to immediately wash your hands when you take it off in case the virus is on the outside. Same with clothes. As soon as anyone in my house gets home from school, work or being in public, we change our clothes. You have people walking around with the mask under their nose only covering their mouth. Really? To test for COVID, they swab inside YOUR NOSE!

The people at my company are trained and work in a structured, heavily regulated environment.....so they are prepared to do the same outside of work. That is why they avoid infection while the infection rates around our area continue to grow. If everyone did their part and was careful with their movement and actions, this virus would be under much better control than it is.....and by that i don't mean shutdowns. It only takes a few not being careful (or flat out stupid/defiant) to infect others. Most wont die.....but some will. Some feel it's no big deal to infect someone because the mortality rate is low. How would you feel if people felt that way about their herpes and other STDs? They don't kill people. At the very least, the cost of medical treatment for all COVID required hospitalization and testing will be paid by all of us, just as any other bailout money for those unemployed or shutdown. Money is not magically printed so unless we keep the numbers down, we're all screwed in some way bc we're in this together....like it or not.
