2 DB coaches and 1 LB coach - I don’t think the new DC should be the sole LB coach

Why? Outside of OC doubling as the QB coach, this is like the most common Coordinator -> Position Group matchup.

I’m sure it is but in the Final OSU and ND the DC are standalone and in the final 4 Penn State and Texas neither had a full unit it was split like Outside Lb/DC or Safeties/DC

My mistake I got him confused with Mahmoud Abdul Rauf.

I keep confusing Azaar Abdul Rahim with Azizuddin Abdur-Ra'oof, decent WR at Maryland from the 1980's
