Hetherman was a name thrown out there initially as wellI'm a bit skeptical. Mario is more of a move in silence type of guy. I think David Lake is Miami's media patsy.

Really hate that that split. I'd rather have 2 db coachesGaby also saying Miami is considering bringing in a seperate DT coach
I’d rather give JT the role and hire an off field DT coach like Stroud is. I’d rather have more recruiters on staff who can be impactful with recruits away from what Mario is doing himself.Gaby also saying Miami is considering bringing in a seperate DT coach
We could all list 4-5 names of available positions and at least hit on one or two. If he had done that on Guidry I might have been more impressed. Point stands. Perhaps it's legit.Hetherman was a name thrown out there initially as well
Could basically be the same arrangement as last year just pieced together in a different wayGaby also saying Miami is considering bringing in a seperate DT coach

Def a CIS fav
2 DB coaches and 1 LB coach - I don’t think the new DC should be the sole LB coachSo you want another LB coach? or 3 coaches for the secondary?
Would be a solid hire if true!Belk is the guy.
hard to disagree with that... he did work his way up to NFL head coach and even won 3 division titles and 3 playoff games at the highest level... hard to beat that from being a position coach...Best DB coach we've ever had hands down!
Belk is the guy.
Seems like we recycle the same names every few years.
Shouldn’t that be up to the DC to decide for how he wants his staff to be structured?2 DB coaches and 1 LB coach - I don’t think the new DC should be the sole LB coach
No, it’s up to me.Shouldn’t that be up to the DC to decide for how he wants his staff to be structured?
And @SWFLHurricane agrees with you.
