Nothing wrong with a PB&J sandwich after a workout. Peanut butter is a great post workout snack and the sugar in the jelly will help the protein get to the muscles better. Something to do with insulin and whatnot. I'm not a nutritionist but I've read something like that. And I'm sure those sandwiches are in addition to whatever the training table meals are.

I saw Sonny on campus the other day...
Looked like a legitimate 6'6" 300lb tackle with long arms and a good body with no bad weight for a big tackle.

The good thing is he still can add a bunch of weight to those legs. Hope he's around 245 by the start of Fall camp. That would mean he plays around 235-238 throughout the season.
That's a good weight, for a linebacker.

I feel really good about Kehoe being able to mold this kid into a monster. Would be nice to have him ready to start at RT after SH leaves for the league.
Kirby could solidify the LB unit for us if he can take over the MLB spot. I realize Gaines played well there at the end of last season but he still get's lost in traffic too much and can't fight to the ball enough. Kirby looks like he could be a game changer.

WOW @ Perryman AND Chick! Chick looks like Tom Hardy from Warrior! Lol. And Perryman almost looks too big! For people in the know, do you think he can still be agile with that kind of muscle mass? I know Vilma and Beason are jacked but isn't Perryman about an inch or two shorter then both those guys?
And for all the Swasey haters..You gotta give him props with how some of these cats look. Rico lost the gut, Dorsett has put on good weight and McCord will be a MONSTER come next year. He is already putting on good weight..

Pretty sure it was Gaines who got metrorailed into Broward County by Menelik Watson in that infamous gif. I think he's come a long way, but if he's our starting mike on August 30 then someone needs to get stabbed.

I thought he killed USF's QB last year on that hit that put him out of football. That poor ******* looked like Wile E. Coyote getting crushed by an anvil. Looked like that Indy car wreck where you saw a piece of a driver's epiglotis flying in the air after impact.
