Looks like Danny Dillard got his spot took by a dude named Brandon Yosha. Also we have a JR RB named Jameson Labady on the roster now

If he can't get into UF, how is he gonna get into UM?

His grades were fine. He got past the clearinghouse but UF still denied him...after having the kid on campus, how retarded! The reality is most of these kids wouldn't be at any of these schools if they couldn't play football, I don't see what the difference is between a 2.3 and a 2.5 for a footballer, lets just call a spade a spade. UF admissions blew it.

This has nothing to do with UF admissions. Just sit back and watch it unfold, pretty certain he will not be playing ball anywhere in Florida.

Are you sure about that?

Well if you know something, out with it instead of telling us you were right when the true story comes out.

That contact was initiated by Phillips, and it is highly unlikely that we extend an offer

Surprised any SEC school (besides Vandy) has trouble getting a kid in.

UF is a very good school

Its a very good school, that is slipping due to cuts. But regardless of how good a school it is for regular students, UF is known to do whatever it takes to get a football player in regardless of whether they think they can succeed in college. This is a space issue, not an academic issue. UF is scum bagging this kid to play these games so late in the process. If they don't like him, they shouldn't have accepted his commitment.

I don't want to blast anyone, but some of you clearly don't know a key aspect of Florida's admission process.

When processing a student's grades they process all of his or her grades. Even the ones for classes they retook. This can hurt a kid like Phillips, if he retook a class in order to improve his GPA, because they average the two grades. It's been awhile for me, but I think Miami still just takes the higher of the two grades. So, in essence, Miami could read his GPA as higher than Florida does.

Like I said i've been out of it for awhile, but that's the way it used to work. Simeon Thomas is an example.

So is it a matter of us not taking Phillips on that his grades are out of order. I would definitely like to know the truth.
