Phillips has more potential at OL than DL. He has the size and proportions of a LT, and he's a very powerful kid. If you have a Rivals membership you should look at the videos they have of him (Jr game film and Army 1on1s).

I would take him if he wants to play OL. Frankly he looks better than most of our options on OL this year but not the DL options. If it was strictly a DL thing I don't think I would sacrifice a 2013 slot for him.
