After seeing Crawford's frame I can't imagine him at S, he's tiny.

Has played pretty well on STs, would like to see what he can do with the ball in his hands.

He's small, but it can be done. Look at guys like Tyrann Mathieu, 5'9 174 lbs...

If I remember correctly, Dallas was the defensive scout player of the week several times last year and was mentioned for big hits and nice interceptions.

Sure he may not end up being an amazing DB, but to have hims as out 4th string RB is just a waste, especially with the weak defense we have. Can't hurt to give the kid a chance...
