DAILY DEBATE: Who is the most underused player in Miami history?

He became the starting RB for a while and was otherwise behind Lamar Miller. He got plenty of carries.
I don't know if I'd say plenty. He was here 4 years. In 2010, his senior year, he had the 3 100 yd games in a row stat. Miller had just arrived then, Berry was behind Graig Cooper. I'm sure there were reasons for him not seeing as many carries, but he just seemed capable of more.

Is a player underused if he just sucked? I mean, Willie Williams wasn’t used here but he transferred to a couple other schools and never did much.

Sarcastic answer - Choc Gray

Real answer - Gus Edwards, Jimmy Graham, could make the case for Elijah Roberts the way he turned out at SMU immediately.

Misused but not underused - Brashard Smith

I knew someone on this board would be old enough to remember that!

I wonder if he or his dad or his lawyer look back now and think "well Toretta won the Heisman so maybe the coaches were right all along..." Probably not. But the rest of us do.
I was in college at the time fully expecting to go to law school so I probably paid more attention to the case than it deserved.
