NoI heard nothing about Allen during fall camp. Are you thinking about last year?

Clearly the best option based on what I have seen and know. I'm just a fan and I don't have access to practice closed or otherwise. I don't personally know anyone on staff and I'm in no way any kind of insider. What I do have is my eyes, my experience watching this game and my judgement/discernment. Anderson is a physically talented but a very raw true freshman. Poff is a short FCS gunslinger who is a bit out of his league here based on what I've seen. Emory has started and won a game. Was he pretty doing it? No way but he showed desire and toughness and the underrated ability not to run the car off the road. All I have to go on is what I've seen and heard and I've heard from sources that I trust say that Emory was a much improved passer this offseason after healing from surgery especially during fall camp. I'm not referring to Dmoney here.Clearly the best option, based on what?
Plan probably was to play Poff last game and Emory this game. They want him to Redshirt, so are probably viewing it as being better to play him 1.5 quarters of one game rather than .75 quarters of two games... Cause you never know, may want one of them to play in a blowout later on too.Clearly the best option based on what I have seen and know. I'm not saying that I think the guy is some super talented guy because I don't necessarily think so. I think he has some potential if he can develop but that's my personal opinion. I've not liked what I've seen from Poff thus far. Anderson is a true freshman and a complete unknown and Emory Williams started two games last year Clemson and Florida St. He beat Clemson at home and was 55 yards away from tying FSU when he broke his arm/wrist lunging for the first down. So until Anderson or Poff prove otherwise I'm riding with Emory as the best option for backup QB out of the three available. That may not be the answer you were looking for but it's the honest truth and the best I can do to answer your question.

Well, we have seen two games. And I’m not hating on Fletcher, but feel like something more may happen when Lyle is in there. Both good backs though.****.. prior to the season cis was dying that Fletcher wouldn't be ready for the season and that Lyle couldn't be counted on.. and now it's less Fletcher and more Lyle after two games. Y'all are out of control.
What have you seen in 2 games from Lyle to suggest that he has this "extra " gear?I almost posted this and I’m a Fletcher fan but I think Lyle is RB 2.
There is a different gear that he plays with.
