@FlatlandCane and @JBCanes-NC insist we are looking at a 5-7 team because Mario is a caveman.
I have them with 10 wins.

9-3, but I think we beat FSU. I could see VT, GT, and Louisville giving us fits. Those are solid, well coached teams. Not saying we lose to all three of them, but I can see at least 2 out of those 3. Then, we will have at least 1-2 games where we are just flat, unprepared, and not focused. Happens to all teams. Can we survive those games? It could be a game like Cal, Syracuse or South Florida. I can see us dropping one of those games, although we are clearly the better team. If we can get past that game where we play our worst football against a subpar team, then I can think we can go 10-2.9-3
Game day preparation, strategy, decision making, adjustments, scheme and play calling on O cost us.
Losses to Lville Fsu and VA Tech
7 wins 6 losses
// until proven otherwise
We are a beaten down fan base.
On paper this team is very very good. Maybe not OSU/UGA level but that next tier down. I dont know our record and stink at predictions. But like others I think to keep momentum we need double digit wins, some easy wins where we just bury a team or two from the jump, acc champ game appearance, no bad losses. Like the kneel, 2 TD plus loss, etc...losses would be what if games...like Ward has a subpar game and we dont overcome it or our defense gives up 1-2 big plays and we lose a nailbiter. I'd love to say playoff appearance but I think at worst a really good bowl win.
Bumping a record prediction thread with multiple games left is wild
First ever bump....deal with it.
