Thanks Geo for the explanation. Im glad all this got sorted out. Kid is a 4 star so that's a great addition to our 2017 class. He seems locked on miami. I follow coach hill on twitter. Dude love the Canes.

Amazing the complexity of the rules. How can anyone expect a 10th grader to know what can and cannot be done.
 
Really awkward and surprising. Daewood just committed to Syracuse. Still early though.

Davis was quoted after being asked if he's looking forward to playing against Miami. "Yes, of course."
 
Among many other things, there seems to be a serious issue with this staff and communication. I have never heard this many problems of miscommunication between staff members, between staff members and HS coaches, and between staff members and recruits. It's insane how many **** ups there have been that are directly related to communication between and by the staff. Is it any wonder that on field communication between the players and between the players and the sideline are an issue? Top to bottom, this whole program is disorganized. It's time to sever the head.

You gotta be freakin kidding me...Thank God we have 2 years to try and change his mind. But this is extremely messy. And there have been too many of these for my tastes over the years...(mainly Denver Kirkland..people can say whatever they want but we handled that horribly.)

Sounds like Daewood Davis is MAD with the home team. I think Miami will make it right with him over the next 2 years. Funny thing is Miami plays Cuse on a rotating schedule so if he really wanted to get back at Miami why not commit to Duke then he plays against Miami every year in a pass happy offense. I am feeling Cuse is just a place holder until the Miami thing can get worked out.

Honestly once again, everything always points back to Golden, IMO(which I can be wrong), Golden should have beat the media and reporters to the punch when Davis committed, this is not the first time a prospect committed like Davis did even though from a fan standpoint we may be missing details but from my understanding on how things work, Golden messed this up for us. We still have plenty of time but my concern is not the Syracuse verbal, my concern would be the new suitors like the entire SEC who will use this against us now. Davis may go down as a top five WR when its all said and done, kid is dynamic, hope we can get him when its all said and done.

The intelligent thing would be to star the title of the thread and append 'fau' to it so I don't log in thinking he is back committed to us. Idiots.
