Again, reading between the lines here, but Pickett and Griffin are probably 1A and 1B. Likely equal priorities. Makes sense cause Flo says he only thinks there are two program changing recruits this cycle: Pickett and Griffin

What is interesting is that the staff seems to have VBIII as flip priority #2 and Hanks as #3 followed by Moore.

However, I might be splitting hairs here. All of these guys are +1 recruits.
