Astounding collapse of a season. Feels like a TCU flash in the pan year, except TCU went to the Natty and we lost the Pop Tart bowl.

I’ve been pro-Mario, and think Miami is a uniquely challenging job, but things are beyond grim right now.

The worst parts are — it continues to feel systemic and it continues to feel inevitable.

The coaching staff has officially squandered any type of benefit of the doubt I can give them outside of OL play, and I have no faith that they can “fix” what’s broken in an offseason.

Man, it’s hard to be an alum and diehard fan of this team. We have all been told some fantastic lies.

Here’s the silver lining, though…

At least it will be Iowa State’s football building that burns to the ground, and not Miami’s, when that stupid Pop Tarts electrified toaster trophy shorts out and explodes in the middle of the night.

Dodged a bullet there.

Terrible finish that didn't shock me one bit. No clue who's decision it was with Ward and the 2nd half but a strange one nonetheless. Play calling inside the 5 with emory in was again ATROCIOUS. Why aren't you running the ball every play? And then u settle for a FG again after what happened in your last game against Cuse. These doofus coaches never learn...another disappointing finish and long offseason ahead with no answers at the most important position as it stands

He looked inept. Not rusty. Awful. We had the #1 offense in the country and all our back up could do is hand the ball to Martinez?
 
No one here should make fun of FSU, UF, CLEMSON, UVA, SMU, DUKE, WAKE FORREST, LOUISVILLE, CAL, VT, PITT and on and on. We are a JOKE program that at one time was the envy of college football. We are now a total clown show in the eyes of many across the country. Anyone who says this season was successful is kidding themselves. The root of the problem is Mario. Many of you dislike me with my comments over the past few years about Mario but I'm a die hard Canes fan and it makes me sick how this buffoon coaches. No player development, zero discipline, horrendous use of clock management, and he literally plays to lose every game. As this CHARLATAN of a coach gets worse as I predicted 2 years ago his recruiting will suffer too. What young man would want to play for this imposter of a coach and consistently makes a fool out of himself making wrong decisions on the sidelines. HE IS OFFICIALLY ON THE HOT SEAT! I would fly flag tomorrow over the UM the campus. He talks a great game and he's a creampuff with ZERO INTEGRITY.

Our DBs did us in once again. Couldn’t get third down stops when we needed them.
