God i wish the newbies could read between the lines. UM didn't just drop him. IF, and i say IF this is true, it's grades or character concerns. UM didn't just stop recruiting him 2 weeks before signing day.
the kid won't say what happened and UM won't ever say what happened. but, read between the lines.

what. the. ****. I would take Kirkland over Gall, Odwogu, Kamalu right ******* now. Especially Kamalu or whatever the **** his name is. Wow man...frustrating. Hope we have a nice haul b/c this makes zero sense

well, none of it really makes sense. you'd think if they had grades and/or character concerns that they would have realized that looooooong before tonight. or two weeks ago. they've been on the kid for over a year.

Guess I should have stuck around for the end of Booker T. Washington's state championship parade.

Offensive lineman Denver Kirkland confirmed Thursday night UM is no longer in the picture for him, just a couple of hours after saying he loved the coaches and the program.

What led to this surprising news? Kirkland said he had a private conversation with UM assistant coach Micheal Barrow and Booker T. head coach Tim "Ice" Harris following the parade in which they discussed an issue that came up with him going to UM.

Was it academics? "Yeah, it was an academic thing," Kirkland said.

Is it that you didn't have the grades or test score to get in? "No, not that," he said.

Is he upset? "No. I'm still going to play college football somewhere," he said.

Kirkland said his final four is now South Florida, Florida State, Ole Miss sand Arkansas.

Gents, there is NO F*CKING way this makes any sense. NO WAY they cut Kirkland loose because they "oversigned" other positions. 5X is correct, something else happened here. Maybe someone asked for money, or they caught wind that this kid was trying to f*ck us somehow....

There is absolutely ZERO chance this story is what is being reported.
