Come on guys, our staff is going to pull offers if they suspect foul play is going on. They don't want to be associated in any way with the crap Arkansas is obviously playing at the 11th hour or the like.

Hey, maybe Golden got 8 new commitments from some under the radar Nigerians and we really didn't have any room for Denver Kirkland...
 
which is it,,,,kirkland told barrow UM was in his top 3 and wanted to wait until signing day...OR....he was ready to commit?? it can’t be both....if he really wanted to commit, he could have and he could have told UM to keep it quiet for him until signing day...

it’s nobody’s fault but kirkland’s....

His loss then. Ice already was privately telling UM that Kirkland was coming, so why couldn't the kid tell us in private and still have his spotlight on signing day?

if kirk wasn't set to commit why would he go out and tweet that ? he obviously hurt cause he wanted to come

If Kirkland wanted in soo bad why wait until NSD to announce? It sucks he's not coming here, but c'mon the kid has other opportunities to further himself both on and off the field. I don't get why Ice is crying, his guys are getting full rides, if Kirkland wanted miami you'd think Ice would tell him to commit sooner. Something doesn't make sense, and the whole story of this situation will come out soon.
 
Dude this is truly appalling. I mean we are days away from NLOID and we look like a monkey f*cking a football. I cant believe Golden would f*ck this up like this. I sure as sh*t hope something else happened here and there is more to this story.

I'm almost certain now that Coley and Collins are coming. Kirkland isn't the only person they asked this to.
 
FSU is paying Coley 4x as much to sabotage the program from within. That's the only thing that makes sense here.

(just let things play out. Golden will have to talk to Ice personally and Manny will write another story at some point)

So you're telling me that Ice told the coaches that Kirkland was going to sign with Miami, and then the coaches go out and tell Kirkland that if he doesn't announce right now, they're going to drop him? Yeah...that sounds pretty legit to me.

Lol at everyone ready to throw golden under the bus, the man paid millions to do this job with another few million in staff paid to help. Yes it sucks but it's not like he just went potato. There is a reason and we may not know it, ever. It sucks it and it may hurt us but there is a reason. After his pull last year you can't say he sucks at recruiting. We didn't pull Tracy Howard's offer and we didn't know it until he announced. There's more here.

Exactly. IMO not a great prospect, if he as any other school, I would not care. Staff must have thought not good enough to wait for
