Ohio is now Constitutional Carry and has always been Open Carry as long as I can remember

Home owner definitely should protect his home, daughter and self

Only question I would have watching the video, did he try to leave and was shot in the back? From my understanding if he retreats, you lose stand your ground?

He was shot first before turning. The 2nd shot was to the back. Thats what i saw at least.
