couch decommits

We’re getting close to the depth where we can afford to redshirt a guy like Couch. Let him add 15 pounds then unleash him as a seasoned red shirt freshman.

Adding Couch, Brownlee, and Good to last years haul sets us up pretty nice in terms of depth and frontline talent. It sounds like Brownlee is going to blow up and be considered a consensus 4 star. Bethel and Good are projects but certainly have the physical traits to develop.
 
Can Couch EE? If so, no question Felder will have him ready weight wise by start of FR season. Especially if he’s gained 20 pds in last 2 months as has been posted here

All ive heard is staff isnt big on him havent heard once his offer was commitable! And it doesnt seem like there showin him much love.. I love his film! Im not doubting what you said at all thats intresting piece of info! Hope we get him.

Yea. That’s all according to Ivins. I don’t think they like him much. I don’t think they are really wasting many resources on him or pushing hard for a commit. I like him. He’s a natural cover corner. I do see physicality and speed issues at times. I think the staff does too.

I dont see the blazing speed either but i do see the physicality his tapes show alot of gettin off blocks an comin up makin plays! I just think hes definitly a take over Good! Thanks for the info fam!

I agree. The only way I see the good take is if we worked him out at corner on the low and really liked what we saw. Or if we are trying to put pressure on other corners to commit fast. Because from pure tape there’s no way he’s a p5 corner. He hasn’t even been a high school corner yet.

Ya for real! Or if he plays corner this year and has a reakly good year! But kids like davis an couch been playing corner. Takin a player with 300 yards on offence to play on defence is not a good look at all!

Its been said Banda personally went to see him practice and decided he was deserving of an offer afterwards (Good)
