Not to give Morris a pass because i get alot of the critisism of him but what could he possibly have done yesterday? That game was on the players and lack of hitting and the kids need to realize it and learn from that game. They were obviously pressing way to much at the plate.
There are absolutely in-game adjustments that have to be made, especially when a soft-tossing pitcher has your number. Our guys did the same things in the 9th that they did in the 2nd. Nothing changed.
For me, though, it's the bigger picture when it comes to how much of this is on Jim Morris. Sure, there are times when the bats just don't show up, even against an inferior opponent. But this wasn't one time. We're on seven years of this crap. That's where it falls on #3 's shoulders alone.
