Sorry if this is on another thread, been driving all day so haven't kept up. I'm listening to Roman on Twitter live or whatever it's called. He said the budget for coordinators is absolutely massive, like enough to basically get whoever we want.

He said he could even see NFL coordinators coming to Miami. If Mario nails the coordinators, his ceiling is extremely high as i think he can set the culture and recruit his nuts off.

Nobody knows the budget outside of them saying they will add 20-30 million to their resources.

But yes, Mario better hit on both seeing as he's more the CEO type and can't cover one side of the ball himself. Luckily he should have a large contact list and we should be able to get Lashlee types in here if we look at the right candidates especially with our skill players on offense

If Mario nails - I mean absolutely nails - the coordinators + dominates the transfer portal, we're looking at potentially an 11 win season and an ACC Championship. I'm dead serious; that's how good our offense can be, and that's how much our defense can improve if we get the right scheme and players. Clemson ain't **** next season, let's wipe the floor with this conference.

He has a higher floor than Manny because he is an elite recruiter and will win on that alone in the ACC. Statistically, we have had good-great classes, not elite, but consistently top 15 classes... but we always have massive gaps on the roster at a couple different positions each year. Mario probably helps solve our biggest one over the last decade plus. I hope that is all true and he has the resources and connections to get an elite staff to build off that and propel us to the next level.

I dont think either Rad or Mario would come if they were ot committed all the resources they know needed to compete with big boys.. Both know what it takes as having been at Bama and Clemson.. Just hire the top spread OC possible.. **** it go get Joe Brady or something.. TVD deserves the world.. Garcia got next..

Joe Brady, Art Briles, Tom Herman, etc.. Make something happen..
