Kinda like ‘Miami is back!’….He's like one of those doomsday religious guys who keep predicting the date on which the world will end...then the day passes, and everyone "forgets"...

My reply was also a sarcastic joke.Feel free to post the last time anyone has said that intentionally and seriously. And not, you know, as a sarcastic joke.
and then he picks another day without missing a beat...He's like one of those doomsday religious guys who keep predicting the date on which the world will end...then the day passes, and everyone "forgets"...

Miami will be back when 2 OL carry Mario’s big *** across the field to carry the national championship trophy.Feel free to post the last time anyone has said that intentionally and seriously. And not, you know, as a sarcastic joke.
So sure this could be true, but I'm just not believing it at this time, at least not those two schools at this time.@Genetics56 lastest update states "funds have been approved for the addition of FSU and UNC to the Big 10. Those are the only two ACC programs that have been approved at this time and the 2024 season would be their last in the ACC." Funds apparently approved by Fox to facilitate the additions. Another comment on Warchant stated "the horse trading has ended .... the SEC would only agree to taking us with payments starting in year 5 but the Big 10 will take us with payments commencing immediately on a par with other Big 10 programs".
If UNC bails that could be fodder for votes / nuclear option. Will be interesting to see how this unfolds.

It's hilarious how ****** Miami is at literally anything related to football. They're paying that bag of **** insane and unearned money to essentially sabotage their own program, at least allegedly.Interesting. Only the wisest amongst us could have guessed that Dan Radovich, who was one of the biggest advocates of our current ACC deal just a few years ago, would focus on trying to save the ACC instead of bailing for another conference. What a shocking and unexpected development.
@Genetics added a comment a moment ago in response to the question "So UNC would be the final program added (besides FSU) ... for now". Response "FOX as no interest whatsoever in breaking up the ACC. None. If they are smart the ACC will add Utah, the Arizona schools, Kansas, and become the legit #3 conference". Seems like a lot of blowback from the Pac 12 imploding, and has made the networks and conferences slow down from earlier more aggressive expansion plans.Interesting.
