When I was a young one, a buddy of mine did an interpretative dance during his going away party/speech from our unit. Put together a 5 minute routine.

One of the single funniest things I've ever witnessed in life.

The massive amounts of drinking helped.

That must be the secret because I'm having trouble with that flourish you showed me at the end. I still have no idea where the bowling pin came from.
 
The Big Mountain had a podcast last night with an "update" on realignment conversations taking place as the "ACC Settlement" gets close to being finalized (agreements approved / accepted). His contacts are 2 Big 10 university presidents.

-FSU is the Big 10 primary target ... driven heavily by FOX.
-Clemson is now being floated by Pettiti to the presidents ... again ... FOX driven.
-ND has reiterated ... no interest in any conference membership unless the "super league" is formed. (further down the road is
the expectation on that happening).
-ND is lobbying very hard with Miami TO KEEP MIAMI IN THE ACC along with Stanford so the league remains viable. Then also
want UNC to remain. They very much want to keep status quo ... losing only FSU & Clemson ... at least until 2030. They are
comfortable having a spot for their other sports and the 5 game arrangement for football. They will probably add more B10 and
even SEC games as well.
-If the SEC does succeed in taking FSU / Clemson ... then Miami would be the next choice for the B10.

This has all been speculated before ...but this is also .. according to TBM ... confirmed as current behind the scenes discussion reality.

I heard on another podcast that FSU is not top priority primarily because of ND. ND cannot stand FSU. Hates traveling to Tallahassee. In other words, they still want ND and don't want to **** them off. Guess it depends on how much power Fox has.

Yeah ... the fat guy from MN says the B10 has zero interest in FSU. Cant' believe he has any legit contacts anywhere outside of his mother's basement. Dude is weird.

We will be a great story if Mario can resurrect our dormant football program. I can see why ESPN might want to keep us.
 
The guy who started the realignment thread on Warchant ... RegalNole (guy is a retired media guy who has a relative that was CEO of one of Disney's companies) ... is telling Nole fans "not to worry about which P2 conference they end up in because it is going to be basically AFC vs NFC as far as game scheduling, visibility, recruiting and money". You just have to be sure you're IN the P2. Belief is the 2030 date is when the equivalent of a super league would be structured ... but in the interim FOX is pushing for the B10 to add a couple of teams so the other B10 media partners can get some big games scheduled.

Are you saying that ND is lobbying Miami to stay in the ACC with Stanford and UNC? Doesn’t serve our interests whatsoever to stay in a diminished conference through 2030.

You would be wrong in terms of if he has contacts. Not saying his info is always right but I know for certain he has some valid ones. Whether you like him or what he says or not.

Very possible two different shows have different actual contacts that have both been right and wrong in the past. It’s normal in this world

Agree - but literally cannot listen to the Mn dude - he is “unlistenable”.

4/16/25 Conference Realignment Recap:

9:23AM FSU a "must-have" for the B1G. Announcement coming anyday now. Petitti and FOX Sports preparing knee pads for ultimate slurp fest to welcome FSU into the fold.


10:18AM FSU deemed to be a dirty hoebag with syphilis by popular chick ND. B1G now shuns FSU like the town leper. FSU considering OnlyFans account to raise funds for expansion of decrepit stadium. Insider guy on WarCraft, er WarChant, who has successfully had FSU joining the SEC 5 times and B1G 3 times since 2023, says its just a matter of time till FSU is picked up by somebody, anybody.
