Won't be money that would draw him bc SMU has the ability to match and more. Also, the Jones family isn't as tied to the hogs as they use to be. Lots of the family are longhorn alumns. He got Cal there bc of their longtime friendship and Cal knew the writing was on the wall at Kentucky.

One thing about Lashlee is he's not dumb. Much more upside at SMU than Arkansas. Came in year 1 and ran through the league and they are still not hitting on all cylinders yet (1st yr in power 4 recruiting etc).

They said the same type of stuff in regards to Mario & Miami/oregon.

I thought his alma mater was Ark State where he played for Malzahn no?
