Young had 47-563-5 with TVD and an inferior OL. This is likely a better WR crew so he might have less opportunities but apart from CJ Daniels, we have WRs with thinner frames. We'll need some big bodied WR to pick up the crucial, contested hitch or slant on 3rd and shorts. Ideally, Daniels is the guy but what if he gets injured? Then all you have is Josh Moore. I hope Moore is the next Calvin Johnson but all we've seen of him is playing in shells with no defenders. If you can pick up Young cheap, you do it (but emphasis on cheap with his baggage).

Colbie and Beck were starting to develop some chemistry at UGA when Colbie got into the legal trouble.

He had 3 catches 57 yards vs. Alabama, 3 catches for 51 yards against Auburn in back to back games before the suspension.

If we can do better in spring portal then of course, but he brings size and experience to a group that needs size and experience.

Yeah I dont think is Colbie.... optics would be too weird. Leaves UM for a bump in NIL, does **** up there, plays for Bobo, Cam lights it up, allegedly beats up his GF and rides the bench then comes back to UM a year later?

I was thinking Noah Thomas.... Was it cribby who said Branch bros visiting was always a pipe dream and they were never serious? Now maybe Branch signed with UGA to get his bro a solid deal and he will dip but I somewhat see the brothers sticking together. Noah however has no attachments, left A&M and could be realizing UGA aint it.

Because if it isnt those 2 who else do they even have? London Humphries? Some TF? Nitro tuggle? None of which likely move the needle for a starting WR to push the room which is what we need. We have young depth between Jojo, Carr, Daniels, Ray Ray, Moore, Toney, Upshaw, Chance, we have a lack of top end talent and only Thomas or Branch fits that bill.
