Colbie Young Arrested in Athens

How the **** is that only a misdemeanor in GA?

It's a second degree felony in FL. When the woman is pregnant it's an aggravator of the battery charge.
It's the "kissing cousins" clause.

Georgia has some arcane laws on the books still, especially compared to Florida. When I was studying for GA bar, I noticed lots of weird differences. For example, the rape statute specifically says “female” all over the place in a way that can be interpreted to mean that men can’t be raped. Watch out during GT weekend, boys.
There’s definitely a few posters here making that trip now

Never forget, Deliverance was set in, and filmed in, Georgia...

Tony Fitzpatrick has spoken about how, during the 1984 Orange Bowl, you could actually see the red injection spots they used for steroids.

If the Miami players could see those, then the Nebraska coaches certainly saw them.
Not directed at you personally, but I can't imagine injecting steroids into areas visible while wearing a football uniform. Horrible acne as a result, maybe, but not injection sites.

Also, 23/25 gauge needles leave no marks (don't ask how I know)

“Young, who played multiple seasons for the Miami Hurricanes and is still heavily connected to the Miami Hurricanes team that just got bailed out by terrible officiating last weekend, was arrested for beating a pregnant woman. Sources say he learned this violent behavior during his time with the Miami Hurricanes.”
Honestly for a second I thought this was an exact quote from the article. Reads just like something a reporter would write about a former player.

He plays here for two years and never gets in trouble. Transfers to UGA and here we are.

Or, maybe he was already a problem & was encouraged to kick rocks.

Sometimes, **** don’t come out til players leave programs. I’ve seen it all too often, & u find out coaches buried **** to protect the program. Not saying that has happened here, but u don’t go from a model citizen to a woman beater of a pregnant woman over night.
