Jason was having one of his best seasons, in his prime & they abruptly traded him to Orlando for an aging Vince Carter who’s #’s were declining. So the organization did its due diligence to protect Nash’s reputation, & the organization’s reputation.

Yeah there’s codes, bro. It’s like one of my partner’s ex tried to hit on me in a drunken, vulnerable moment. Yeah I had a crush on her when we were kids, but she not only dated him, but she married & has his child. Now r me & him solid/solid? No; but, that don’t take away from the code.
