He was a beast at Minnesota; wasn’t ideal size at the NFL level, but worked his way up to Detroit’s active roster. Routine, but meaningless kick return killed his career. Complete freak accident. Was tackled routinely, nothing dirty, but the speed, plus the hit right on his hip bone from the helmet dislocated his whole hip.

Felt bad for him, since he already dealt w a catastrophic injury while at Minnesota; worked his way back putting up a great season, only to suffer a broken hip. Career lasted for one game. Smh.
