These coaches are getting paid too much nowadays for schools to easily move on from them. Dudes that should be axed after year 2 are gonna hang around until year 4, they just gonna switch around coordinators praying something works until the HC's buyout becomes reasonable

Tony White is good. Adam Fuller was a good DC too though. He had them cooking last year better than anything White has ever done.

The DL coach they just hired played in the league but lacks experience coaching.
