Since Golden will not fire Dumbofrio everyone has to go including Swasey, burn the place down and start over. Bring back Ed Reed to bring us to the promised land.

Shayon is a better player. Olsen Pieere is developing. Guys are developing.

But this 2 gap scheme is rendering our pass rushers useless

Fire 'Onfrio (there's no D) and Franklin and replace them with some NFL coaches. The majority of NFL teams now run a 3-4 we should be able to get some up and coming NFL positional coaches from some of those 3-4 systems

Its not the 3-4 that is the problem its the way we run it. Have you seen the saints with Rob Ryan? they play go after the QB with 5,6,7 all the time. We play a soft 3-4.

Again, 3-4 is fine but its not the Miami way. 4-3 one gap, bump and run coverage. The 4-3 scheme wasn't broken, why did we fix it? F**k, Golden, F**k this scheme, F**k his butt buddy running the Defense

HC: Golden - Won't be fired got an extension. He can recruit and talk
OC: Coley - He can really recruit and its 1st year calling plays so I give him a pass
DC: Dorito - Can't talk, recruit, or coach. He should be fired.
RB: Hurlie - the guy can recruit and that all you really ask from RB coach
WRs: Carroll - He did a nice job Walford last year and the receivers are pretty good. He should Stay.
OL: Kehoe - He has been recruiting nicely but his coaching is okay at best.
TE: Scott - IDK but heard he can recruit
DL: Franklin - Useless like Coach D
LB: Barrow - He can recruit part of the reason we have Chad and couple others. He did develop Eddie Johnson, Spence and Perryman. IDK about this one.
DB: Williams - Our DBs have looked good and no even Saban could help Highsmith. He has not recruited anyone that I can remember. I hope he stays.

Fire - DC, DL, and maybe Barrow and Kehoe.

I would fire Coach D and bring in a defensive coordinator and ask him who he wants as his coaches. If he wants to keep some then that is fine but he needs to be in charge of the defense. I am fine with a 3-4 or a 4-3 whatever Golden wants but that DC needs to get control on how he is going to call the game.

Michael Barrow and the entire offensive staff can stay imo

The rest of the crew including Golden can GTFOH

Franklin- GONE
Barrow -Moved to Special Teams full time. Need him for recruiting.

Keep everyone else for til next year. Next year, I would get rid of Kehoe unless the OL is flat out dominant.
