List the pros and cons

HC: Golden - Won't be fired got an extension. He can recruit and talk
OC: Coley - He can really recruit and its 1st year calling plays so I give him a pass
DC: Dorito - Can't talk, recruit, or coach. He should be fired.
RB: Hurlie - the guy can recruit and that all you really ask from RB coach
WRs: Carroll - He did a nice job Walford last year and the receivers are pretty good. He should Stay.
OL: Kehoe - He has been recruiting nicely but his coaching is okay at best.
TE: Scott - IDK but heard he can recruit
DL: Franklin - Useless like Coach D
LB: Barrow - He can recruit part of the reason we have Chad and couple others. He did develop Eddie Johnson, Spence and Perryman. IDK about this one.
DB: Williams - Our DBs have looked good and no even Saban could help Highsmith. He has not recruited anyone that I can remember. I hope he stays.

Fire - DC, DL, and maybe Barrow and Kehoe.

I think if D'Onofrio goes then Jethro and Williams go too, they were all with Al at Temple. Barrow might stay.

Don't see anything changing on offense.

This is team is too slow and gets slower every year, Swasey has to go, they need a strength and conditioning coach that put focus on Speed, Power and Stamina, not size.
 
I actually like paul Williams I want a nfl coach to be it or ray lewis I know its wishful thinking

Michael Barrow is the only defensive coach that doesnt need to be fired.

Paul Williams hasnt done **** either..... our DBs are never in position to break up passes consistently, it's either interception or just make the tackle after the catch.

Can't fault Barrow or Franklin. They're following orders on teaching these kids to sit on an X or sit on a gap and keep contain

Just look at how we don't even disguise our blitz. You have to practice that. It's like rehearsal. You have to sell it.

We look like robots following a poorly written script out there
