Clemson pays players bro and they are close to untouchable now. They only crumble if their money source crumbles and don’t see that happening unless they have a Nevin Shapiro situation.

The way I see it nobody gives a sht anymore unless it’s us. Recruiting scandals aren’t news anymore.
We have politicians on both sides still in office that have done some dirty sht.
Alabama getting dudes off of on gun and drug charges.
Running backs slapping the sht out of a girl but still getting drafted.
No one gives 2 shts anymore about some kids getting money to chose a school. The ncaa knows it and the fans know it cause we and everyone else talks about it.
Now that Miami upped the game at home with coaching, staff sizes, dorms, the ipf etc.. the bag schools have to spend even more to get the kids out of here.

It seems like Clemson must have some connections in the NCAA or I don't believe they would have gotten this far doing what they do.

Not sure who brought it up on this board but Clemson’s connection to new spring church in the upstate of South Carolina and the money that is rumored to be funneled through the church to players would make them untouchable. Churches are a tax exempt business(some major scum of the earth take people’s faith and use it to turn a huge profit). They brainwash employees and the higher ups get more wealthy then athletes. You don’t have to pay taxes on your money then the feds will never get involved. What resources do you think that assistant coach is talking about. The former pastor was a huge Clemson fan. The timeline of the rise of that church and the rise of the Clemson program are almost spot on. Dabo is a huge advocate of faith and specifically New Spring and the players all attend the church. The writing is on the wall but only a select few know for sure 100% was going on. But if Dabo built a pay for player scheme through a tax exempt business it’s pretty ingenious.

the NCAA hasn't gotten into the basketball stuff yet. i read that theyre going to start now since the trial is all but wrapped up
