Or what if Richt chooses to use Henderson like USC uses Adoree Jackson?
Yea, but he's still primarily a corner

If we can land 2 solid CB's in this 2017 class, there is no reason not to include CJ Henderson as a potential RB. His highlight tape is esxclusively of him running by DB's like they are standing still. Plus with Frierson coming the next year, getting CJ Henderson the ball on offense would be ideal. I haven't seen a HS RB run by defenders like that since Dalvin Cook. It needs to strongly be considered. And that was only his junior year highlight tape. Imagine him with 2 more off seasons to train before his Miami freshmen campaign. Could be elite RB.
Cook was about 20lbs heavier in hs.....FSU Rasul is the same size 5'11 195 with elite speed....edged Henderson by a step in the sate finals....we need Henderson to stay slim his frame isn't built to add bulk....IMO....we already have Homer coming in with elite speed.....add Burns, Felix or McFarland and the backfield is complete...Henderson runs kinda high like Gray it would be a waste to try him at rb....IMO...we need kids like Henderson, Young and Finlay in the secondary to prevent a back like Rasul from taking it to the house.
I'm confused...since when is 11.16 secs in the 100m Elite Speed? Amir Rasul's fastest times were in his Sophomore yr when he was 20 lbs lighter. I think there was alot of hype with him early, but he never produced. This is a S Fla RB who never rushed for 1K yds during his HS career....

He edged him out twice regionals..10.73 to 10.77 and. States 11.16 to 11.17.....20 lbs heaver...if anything you helped state my case even more....Cook ran a 11.18 in 2012 whats his best time? Elliott ran a 11.17 to win the state title... My point is 200lbs is usually a big difference in power & strength etc...compared to 6'2 175.
I think you missed the point...the thread is about Henderson having Cooks upside....not about Rasul who seems to be a good back at 200lbs outta HS...what he does at the next level remains to be seen...you believe his best days were in the past? Well, he shined in a national AA game....3 tds...I wouldn't count him out yet.If we can land 2 solid CB's in this 2017 class, there is no reason not to include CJ Henderson as a potential RB. I appreciate the Cook and Elliot times, BUT as RBs both of them ran for over 1K yds multiple seasons. Rasul never accomplished that once. Also, both of those RBs were football studs first and track guys second. Rasul was suppose to be this Elite track guy first and even a 10.77 secs isnt Elite. Cook and Elliot showed elite football speed and Rasul never did. Speaking of Power & Strength Rasul's ypc avg (best yr) was 7yds. Cook avg'd 11 ypc both jr and sr year and Elliot's avg'd 8.5 ypc (jr yr) and 10.6 ypc (sr yr). Rasul's Sr yr he avg'd 5.8 ypc.... Again it seems Rasul's best days were in the past!
No problem...we can agree to disagree...Understood, my apologies...lol
