Seared in Cast Iron in butter (Unsalted Kerry Gold) with fresh herbs...

Not sure if you have tried but Costco butter is 98% grassfed, TrumpyCane has found it to be slight better and cheaper than Kerry Gold

Not you specifically ... general comment. I for sure am looking back at 65 ... but look younger than I am and keep active with the Y routine, golf, on the boat, etc. Had to give up horses as that endeavor resulted in too many broken bones, but I do heal really well!!

Kerry Gold is the best Butter I've used....Unsalted of course....NEVER use salted Butter...(especially in baking) it causes the Butter to burn to quick.
