2025 Christian Garrett 4* DT from Bogart, GA flips to GTech from UGA

For one thing, GTech has finally entered the NIL game. Their alums fought it expecting kids to go to Tech for the educational opportunities, which are real, but so is a couple hundred thousand dollars to play college football.
If Tech truly cares, they can be a problem. Tech alumni basically built Atlanta and have the money to prove it.

NO ONE GIVES A SH*T ABOUT GA TECH FOOTBALL IN ATLANTA...they are essentially FIU there.

Before Key the same things were being said about Geoff Collins...Only Paul Johnson had success with his rinky dink offense lol

The top talent in atlanta metro is being ravished by Clemson. UGA Gets everybody else elite, then the sec vultures...........then Tech for the kids that want to stay home.

Early verbal commits and holding onto kids when the big ogs double back after missing high on their board is different.

they will be an underdog in every game from the end of september to end of november...and i got them losing to fsu to start the szn.

They have a chance to go bowling though so maybe could sell that to recruits......

but i got them as the team folks gonna go flip szn on if they want to....**** if we want to i could see us flipping two of their guys right away lol

Miami is 12-13 the last 2 years with consecutive top 10 classes. Money matters!

Their money aint long ..we were landing top 15 clases with Manny DIaz and nor ecruiting department. We are a brand.

The Varsity is more of a brand in atl than GA TECH

Correct on all points. Also, Tech’s downtown campus may be a turn off for kids recruited by Clemson & SEC programs. It’s a new day so only time will tell. But if Tech alums fully engage, they have more than enough assets to make it interesting.

most tech alum are nerds that dont care to much about football or enough to blast money towards it...since they have a holier than though ivy league type attitude ....and the rest are UGA fans.

They typically make it interesting when they were abl;e to feed on the second tier local prospts and mix in some fla - bama talent...they usually dont stakc classes though....where i think they would be a problem or could be is if they played that portal smart becauise there will always be kids that wouldnt mind living in atl for a year or so.
