CFP Round 1: Ohio State vs Tennessee, 8 pm, ABC & ESPN

This little experiment shows, as I proposed a while ago:

The playoff should’ve expanded to 8 teams, not 12, not 14, not 16. I know this is a money grab, but man…these bottom teams have been completely outclassed.

Also, Oregon really got screwed in this. PSU has the easiest path; if UO wins it all, this will be a very impressive season by them.

What does the NFL draft have to do with actual NCAAF game production?
They draft guys who do nothing in college in the NFL draft? I just rather have the more talented team personally, the 2001 miami hurricanes didn't statistically have the number 1 offense in the country that year but I'd take them over every offense in the country that year

So this Tenn team beat the Bama team that apparently deserved to get in? Lol. Can’t wait to hear the new SEC hypothetical narratives now.
It's not the same team though. #6 is far and away their best player and he got hurt like 2 plays into the game. #1 is their best WR and he was hurt going into the game and their second best WR Squirrel got dinged up in this game. They were gonna have issues blocking OSU regardless, but they have zilch at the skill positions cause of injuries

All 4 sacks have come against the RT of Tenn.

No help! 😂😂

Similar to when Campbell and Zion as Freshmen Vs an excellent UiF rush in that first game in Manny’s first game as coach.

For sure, but I also think they’ve been exposed a few times this year before this with a healthier roster.

Yep going to 14 either next yr or ‘26…..and it will never go back___too much $

Question and this is for everybody: if they had expanded it to 14 this year...does Miami get in? I say no they add 2 more SEC teams over us. More likely Alabama and either South Carolina or Ole Miss
