CFP Quarterfinals: UGA vs Notre Dame 1/2

Crazy as it sounds, got outplayed.

Went thru the motions and couldn't flip the script in the 4th quarter
Leonard didn't play well, either. Was his first game back after all the ankle issues last year. He couldn't pass worth a dime.
He's really come a long way

They win with great OL play/running game and solid defense but let's not act like they haven't gotten boat raced every time they made the final 4 in prior years.

A team with one 5 star getting boatraced in the playoffs, means what to you? They failed to meet expectations?

OSU best team in this but I think ND would be a lot more prepared for a fist fight than Oregon was. Oregon may be in the B1G now but they played that game with PAC 12 physicality last night, especially in the trenches.

I really thought UGA's defense would have kept the score a lot closer. Not impressed with ND's offense, though. I think The Ohio Taint and the fightin' Jeremiah Smith's will absolutely body bag this team. Ryan Day has them peaking at just the right time.

They usually have those...they don't usually have what they now have in #4.
They have had that every single year.

2024: Jeremiah Smith 1,224
2023: Marvin Harrison JR 1,211 yds
2022: Marvin Harrison JR 1,263
2021: Jaxson Smith-Njigba 1,606
2020: Chris Olave 729 (Covid year)

In fairness ND has a TD off strip sack and recovery on the 10 yd line and a KO return so the D hasn't given up much

Great drive there by Stockton, well done. Golden better not start playing soft *** coverages, his offense is terrible
