I keep seeing comments on here about poaching coaches of playoff teams for lateral moves to be our DC. In what realistic world would the DC at Ohio State, who isn’t a UM alum as far as I know, leave Ohio State to coach the same position under Mario???

Banks is a DC of a playoff team and is interested in the job . That’s the one that could be poached lol. But there’s some issues there .

It has alot to do with seeding because in the scanario I listed the bye's would of probably went to the Texas, Georgia, Ohio state and Oregon. That changes alot of the seeding by itself, but with the pac 12 gone and texas now in the sec it through the system for a loop my boy

Final ranking would have had Oregon, UGA, Texas and Penn state getting the byes. Taint was 6th.

Come on, man. There’s no way a guy with no connection to UM is leaving the DC position at one of these schools, in this case Ohio State, for the same position at UM under St. CoRchibal.
