CB Emmanuel Karnley commits to Miami

Does anyone else get annoyed by the MPH bull****?

Arroyo ran 21 mph (supposedly) and this kid who ran a 10.6 also ran 21 mph?

Arroyo is fast for a TE but he's not fast for a DB ... how could they possibly have run the same mph?
just randomly saws these and was reminded of this post. A little bit added context.

Two of the fastest guys in the NFL ran the same speed as Arroyo .... cough cough bull****

The whole thing seems like made up #s
Speed isn't acceleration. These numbers aren't made up. Do you trust the speed numbers on your vehicle? lol. Those are likely less accurate than this given it's a factor of wheel size... It's like why a 200m runner can be different than a 100m runner. Or why a flying 100m is different than starting out the blocks.
Daniel Jones ran a 4.81 40, but had an 80 yard run in which he peaked at 21.23 mph which was the fastest from a qb since Lamar Jackson 2 years earlier... Sometimes its just about having the correct opportunity...

And as you can see what is probably more important is not just doing it once. And also how long a distance you were sprinting for is critical. The difference between Jameson/Chase is that they may only take 15 yards to get to that 20mph speed. Whereas mayve Arroyo only hit that after 40 yards, and maybe wasnt able to maintain it long...
