Those dudes are ridiculous. Mario’s a coRch on the field but he finishes in recruiting. Dude shut me up last December after June and July was/were whiff city on the DL class. If he actually wins a lot of games this season, he’ll brutalize people on the trail. That and put us in a real conference and it wouldn’t be fair.

Whether Ewald ends up being what we hope for on game day or not, we should all be able to agree that it’s a big win for staff going against UGA for someone both staffs wanted and coming out on top.

This guy is a great player. His best attributes are his ball skills (pause) and how he contorts his body to make a play on the ball using his length (No Diddler). You can tell he is well coached. Speed is okay and will need to add strength (99 percent of HS players do). Good cover corner. I saw a willing tackler. Don't need him to be a hard hitter, just make the tackle.

Edit: Watched highlights again - Change of direction and hip fluidity MIGHT be elite! IQ, Technique, and positioning also great. Quickness is okay. Change of direction is not the same as quickness. The next 7-8 steps after changing directions is quickness. If this kid works on speed and quickness he will be elite!
