Cave is in!

That’s fine.
If a staff at Miami can’t bring in a class full of dynamic athletes, it’s time to fire the staff. Not reach for a class of low-ceiling “solid” players. Pitt can have that class. Iowa can have that class.

Totally realistic expectations of the new staff.

And so many of our commits gave low ceilings, you nailed it.

That becomes a problem when your not winning your division and are projecting guys to recruit based off of their nfl projections and status in the nfl. Give me guys that can help us win here consistently and we will continue to put waves into the nfl.

Agreed; but I’m just highlighting y many have been talking about guys at the next level; although MT6 didn’t do much at FSU either. Moore should’ve been here, and he would’ve been great too

This was the LB I was worried about losing. I’ve been on Cave for a minute. He’s a high, productive LB w speed. Finishes tackles, and is a football player that’s also moonlights as an athlete.

NJ has been producing some ballers lately, and even though he’s a 3*, I highly doubt he stays as such as his season progresses (think Nesta). Not saying he’ll be that high, but I def see a bump to a 90-91 rating & consensus 4 star in his future.

Now; imma be honest, we still gotta go hard after Flowe. Don’t care what it takes, but pairing Flowe w Cave is a major upgrade over, two guys who’ve been the incumbent starters for 4 yrs and instantly makes everyone better. (And those two guys have been greeeat for The U)

Me and you both feel the same way. The minute we offered this is the guy i wanted. His speed negates whatever Flagg doesnt have if they are paired. Which is why i didnt mind the flagg take if we were lining up CAVE. I dont think Cave will shirt if he is healthy. Kid sifts through blocks like Pinkney and that is something that is almost natural and cant be taught.

You have 3 guys locked in...now go balls to the wall for Flowe or even flip my 2nd fav lb in Hyppolite.

Flip Hyppolite is a must and all out for Flowe.

Even though his speed (4.8) isn’t ideal but his shuttle is strong (4.4), I think Flagg projects as a striker in our defense. His instincts are on point, very similar in style to Jaquan was

Why do you star whores care right now? Everyone agrees stars are important.... but not that important right now. Rankings will change and players will be processed or decommit and the class will probably look a lot different on signing day, mostly based upon how the season goes. At least the 3 stars we're getting are athletically gifted (which can't be coached) for the most part. Please STFU and enjoy the 4th, **** is getting annoying.

Can 3 star players be dynamic athletes?
I ask because if you expect any staff to recruit a class full of 5 star recruits with the record we have put up the last 15 years plus.
We have only won our weak division outright once!
I think we need to win our division way more consistently before we can get back to class full of 5 star players. JMO

I triple stamp y’alls a double stamp. He’s the one lb I’ve had my cute , little heart set on.

Fast, athletic , has a nose for the ball and finishes his tackles off. Love this pickup.

One of the track guys on itu talked about cave's 55m time and his short speed. He ran a 6.57s 55m dash. I'm guessing that's good.

101 spark rating athlete at the Nike combine.

4.76 40
4.53 short shuttle
34 inch vertical
41 ft power ball toss
Atheltic linebacker with speed and his film backs it up.

Right up there with Huff and Brooks in terms of LB prospect, albeit shorter than both
