Obviously Cribby and DMoney will have better information, but a 20+ year Trustee told me that; and a Mendoza from the 'large Gables clan' (not a Fernando relative but the same last name) that has known them for the 65-years confirmed that. The QB's grandfather was the source.

UM has not called Mendoza since he signed with Indiana.

The problem was his best catcher in several SEC games was an underneath defender that he either didn't see or chose the wrong type of throw to try to beat. Having subpar WRs doesn't make you throw picks.

Mike Greenwell was one of my favorite players as a kid lol. I grew up an enormous BoSox fan. I actually went to school with some of his family.
