Any news on DJ Johnson?

Will jaquan Johnson take over as starting safety anything during season?

I see him playing a lot of nickel as well as safety. He's a guy who just finds the ball and attacks.

I know they are really high on Jenkins back there.

Willis was working at both DE and DT in the spring

But why is AQM not a starter? Everything that has been said is he is our best player on defense?

Ehh, I don't know where you've read that. AQM can have a big year, but he has not produced anywhere near a level to call him the best player on defense. He's going to have to earn his spot back after this issue.

Ok well I guess no one has said he's the best player I guess he just has the potential to be the best player when I don't see anyone else besides maybe chad that has potential to be dominant like AQM can be.

Ehh, I don't know where you've read that. AQM can have a big year, but he has not produced anywhere near a level to call him the best player on defense. He's going to have to earn his spot back after this issue.

He definitely has the potential to be great. It's going to come down to production, simple as that.

Yearby and Walton will be the top two guys once he's cleared. Gus will have a role, but Yearb and Mark were head and shoulders above Gus in spring.

Yes, exactly what Pete said. I had people who went to the Greentree scrimmage, and I went to Oxbridge scrimmage and watched the spring game.

Walton & Yearby were definitely our top two.

I felt Walton was our best but everyone has their opinion.

No question, I expect these guys to be having fun out there. I've had multiple players tell me they looked forward to practices in the spring, as compared to them dreading it under Golden.

Richt and Diaz have been very open with telling everyone to let loose out there, but in a respectful manner. For example, they want them showing emotion with their teammates, but not necessarily getting in the opposing team's faces (penalties)

Not a question but I think AQM is going to have a double digit sack season (if he plays all the games). Coach Kool is just that good, without a doubt the best DLine coach in the country. He will get everything out of AQM

Cager still has work to do. Not using that body correctly just yet.

Berrios is better than Bruce at this point and if he's healthy I don't see Sam jumping him this season. That's not to say that Bruce won't have a role because they will be getting him the ball.

great and I also believe the confidence and swagger begins with the coaching staff then the players adapt it and bring it onto the field. Coach Kool and Brown seem like two guys who stick out to me as coaches who relate, teach and motivate their player on an elite level especially when the lights are on.

Any player can change their number if it's available from what I know. I haven't heard of any cases where they don't let someone switch if they want to.
