I love Berrios as a player, I just know it is going to be hard for him to hold off Bruce, that's all.

Berrios is as talented with the experience nobodys knocking Bruce.... but u should be glad that a true freshman cant come in and take somebodys spot like he was still in high school?

Not sure what the love affair is with Berrios, he has not been productive yet. That slot position should be wide open and I'd expect Bruce to come and take that role from him.

Not about a love affair with Berrios I don't know how he's going to look but the coaching staff was very impressed with him during the spring. There is a reason he was a highly recruited football player and his SPARQ rating was vry impressive.

If Bruce takes his spot so be it I would still be confident with the depth bc Berrios would be behind him..

But Berrios isn't a scrub he like a lot of our players haven't been put in the best positions to be productive on the field bc of the previous coaching staff.

Sam is going to play but he's probably not going to see meaningful football snaps until the FSU game. Same applies to Ahmmon Richards.

That's a huge advantage to have our first 3 games against teams that are inferior to us get the freshman in the game quicker to get some good snaps

Because Bruce hasn't even went through a college practice yet..

And Berrios has done so muchh...look I'm not knockinng Berrios, but Bruce has better footwork, route running, in an out ability, evasiveness, the only things Berrios can keep up with him on is Speed and Hands, where they are about equal.

A lot can be said for QB/WR rapport. It's been pretty clear Kaaya has favored working with Berrios honing their craft and Bruce just got here. Bruce will have his time to shine.

No doubt the two are buds, but their on the field chemistry leaves a bit to be desired at this point.
