He's the offensive coordinator and the head coach every decision falls under him including play calling, practice, depth chart, game plan, player preparation, etc.

Blocking and throwing are not related to play-calling.

Alot of that has to do with the QB we are facing . One of the worst things in fb is when you face a qb you didn't pratice for at all. I have seen my Jags lose 3 times in the last 5 years due to this. Knocking the crap QB helped UNC big time. This kid can actually throw .

you can't read? practice, depth chart, game plan, player preparation are all related to blocking and throwing. Richt hired his son to coach the QB that can't throw and hired Sereals to coach the oline that can't block.
