we had 9 seconds. You don't go for a FG there. You go for a td and trust your qb to not take a sack. But there was some miscommunication between QB and Center. Thats not on Richt.

Yep . We we were going to go to endzone there and then kick a fg but something happened with the center and qb who knows which made the mistake.

Run D looks great. It is just the new passing D with all new secondary but we knew that would take some time .

Miami is playing down to BCU's level. Pretty normal for college kids who expect that they are playing a walk over opponent, but have to get team to point where it plays every game like the championship game.

This is kinda how I thought the O would look but the defense was the more disappointing part. I think Manny is blitzing to much against a team we don't need to blitz against.

We're lucky the run worked. You have to take some shots down the field, in my opinion.

at this point they look better this year than last year. Now we have qb who can actually move so it will make it harder on the D

Actaully BH my point was these kids work hard to hopefully be successful,I just don't believe in bashing them, unless they make a mental mistake or get themselves in trouble. If they are not good enough because they are just not good enough,so be it no one bats 1000 in recruiting, If all of the new breed of slurpers forgot where we came from the last 10 years.

I say pull for the players, not bash.

How many great teams are there in college football anymore? This team could win the ACC and be in the playoff. But I agree we are a year or two away from being what we used to be, and then no one will be able to stop us.

BCU has players playing in front of their family and friends just like Miami does, this game is personal for them and a chance to look good against an elite team. Stop pretending the world is falling because we're not up 40-0 at half time.
