It's what I have been afraid of w Palm as 1st year starter and Ligon a true freshman. It's why we need Rosario or McFarlane to figure it out.

Pitelli saw the runner take a huge turn off of 1B and just fired the ball to 1B assuming Kafus was there. Kayfus was where he was supposed to be in the middle of the field for a relay throw to home.

I wish they would teach the dang pitchers how to field their position!!!! Its pathetic, they look like they are falling to the ground after their release! All the opposing batters have to do is hit it up the middle!!!

That's what I've been saying all season. He's not the only one. I don't know what the hitting approach is other than to drive up pitch counts. It doesn't work against guys that throw strikes. We take fastballs then get into pitcher's counts having to swing at balls out of the strike zone.
